What is the Noom Diet Plan?
The Noom is a dietary plan that is available on mobile phones through an app called Noom. The diet is more concerned about why you eat as against other plans that focus on what you eat. This dietary plan believes that being self-aware, being accountable, and building good and healthy habits is a recipe for losing weight. Thus, it focuses on individuals and not the food.
On the Noom app, once you register, you are asked to input the following data: your weight loss goal, age, current weight, preferred weight loss rate, lifestyle, environment, health status. With some other specific and general questions and the combination of your responses to these questions, the app then calculates the best plan for you. Also, you do not get a strictly laid out dietary plan. Instead, you log in your food, drink, and snack as you have every meal and the app then uses this to calculate what you eat, how much you eat, and how much weight is expected to be lost.
